Posted: 23 December This is a cheap game, also its has a -iirc- small size and its learning curve is relatively less sharper then games in similar type. First of all I am against to 'pay for everything' principle and I didnt purchased any of the DLC's. Without DLC's (dunno the situation with DLC's tbh) the game is pretty much incomplete. You have limited options and it gets boring after some time - in my games its like 5-6 hours. You can't really improve stuff and game offers not much change in later periods, other then financial challenge. Also I need to say it as optimization issues and sometimes it gets ridiculously slower when the time passes.
You can play it if you think its price is low enough, for a cookie. Like when travelling for a couple of hours in a train or waiting in a lobby, when you dont have much time and dont want to give attention for a full scale game.
I cant say its awful, but its nothing you can invest some hours, in my humble opinion. I adore city games, this game stands in a place far away from being a city management game or a public transport simulation. I really wished the it, but nah. When buying, consider you are paying it for a couple of hours experience, rest will be repeat of what you experienced in first game hours.
